The Tempus Torrent is the newest weapon to be added to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, and it has potential. The new marksman rifle came with the Season 2 Reloaded update and packs a punch, as it’s able to take out opponents in two to three shots.
Lucky for us, TheXclusiveAce has shared a full breakdown of the weapon and even included an “all around” loadout to use.
The Tempus Torrent is slower, but still mighty
The weapon lands around 314 rounds per minute which nets it a 191ms time to kill if you land two upper body shots, but 382ms if it requires a third shot. While the 191ms is on par with other weapons, the 382ms is on the slower end.
In terms of range, the weapon maintains its two-shot kill potential up until around 46 meters according to XclusiveAce, which makes it perfect for most maps in Modern Warfare 2.
The build he provides is one that doesn’t have to make too many sacrifices and can shine and most aspects of the game.
