It’s official — queen Alodia Gosiengfiao is engaged!
The Filipino cosplayer and Tier One Entertainment co-founder said yes to Christopher Quimbo, the President & GM of Calabria Company Limited, the makers of Novellino Wines.
With the help of Alodia’s sister, Ashley Gosiengfiao, Quimbo planned an elegant proposal on July 23 at a vacation villa in Silang-Tagaytay, Cavite.
He initially told her that they would tour their winery in Novellino. Just before she caught on to the life-changing surprise, Quimbo kneeled down on one knee and popped the question.
Christopher Quimbo and Alodia Gosiengfiao are now engaged
Quimbo led his beau to the middle of a small garden setup filled with white flowers and candles, kneeled down on one knee, took out a gorgeous, diamond ring, and asked her to marry him. With their friends and family watching from afar, the cosplay queen gave her sweet yes to the wine king.
“I couldn’t believe someone like him existed,” Alodia said. “(We’re) really a perfect fit, I guess. He understands me, I understand him. It’s nice — life is beautiful.”
She flaunted the ring on her Facebook page, with a screenshot of a funny comment from Mobile Legends: Bang Bang star streamer and Tier One talent Ghost Wrecker.
“Wala nang sinaing, siningsing na,” he commented, which is a Filipino word play that translates to “No more steamed rice, he put a ring on it”, a reference to Alodia’s previous caption that went viral on social media after her breakup with YouTuber Wil Dasovich.

“Within the first month of meeting Alodia, I asked her to be my girlfriend,” Quimbo said.
He also revealed that he wrote a long, heartfelt letter full of promises to Alodia and expressed his eagerness to keep all those promises to his fiancée.
Months after her breakup with her ex-boyfriend Dasovich last November 2021, Alodia made her relationship with Quimbo Instagram-official on April 22. She posted a sweet photo of their trip to Palawan, where the two made a heart pose.
Alodia Gosiengfiao is known as the Philippines’ cosplay queen, who successfully turned her hobby into a career. She most recently cosplayed Ranni the Witch from Elden Ring, Aloy from Horizon Forbidden West, and the Raiden Shogun from Genshin Impact.
