Natus Vincere’s revamped roster isn’t going to turn heads with experienced star power — but they’ve quietly assembled one of the highest-skilled rosters in Eastern Europe.

NAVI retains three of the same players who turned out for the yellow and black at The International 11, adding Nikita “Nicky`Cool” Ostakhov and Arman “Malady” Orazbayev to the roster.

  • (1) Alik “V-Tune” Vorobey
  • (2) Nikita “Nicky`Cool” Ostakhov
  • (3) Vladislav “laise” Lais
  • (4) Georgii “swedenstrong” Zainalabidov
  • (5) Arman “Malady” Orazbayev

Malady, who has previously played for Hellrasiers and V-Gaming, is best known for reaching rank one on the European leaderboards almost exclusively through playing position five — a rare feat even for pro support players.

Nicky`Cool, who only started playing professional Dota this year, is NAVI’s newest midlaner. The 20-year-old has floated around various stacks in the Eastern European region, last playing for Project Armor in the TI11 Eastern European qualifier.

Both players will have big shoes to fill, following two of the region’s most experienced pros in Alexey “Solo” Berezin and Volodymyr “Noone” Minenko. Unfortunately, while NAVI had some decent results in their region, the team failed attend for TI11 after a gruelling run through the Eastern European and Last Chance qualifiers.
