DreamHack has announced two major Fortnite community events with a combined prize pool of US$500,000.
The first event, DreamHack Winter will take place from November 29 to December 1 this year in Elmia, Jönköping, Sweden.
It will be followed by DreamHack Anaheim on February 21-23, 2020, which will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.
- The next season of the Fortnite Champion Series will use a four-player squad format
- Fortnite is getting improved matchmaking logic and bots for new players
DreamHack Winter is set as a Fortnite Solos tournament with no pre-qualifier events. Participants will only be required to purchase a bring-your-own-computer (BYOC) ticket before the event.
