Genshin Impact puts travelers through the ultimate grind of farming materials for their beloved characters.

One of the crucial components for leveling up characters is the game’s main currency, Mora. Named after its creator, Geo Archon Morax, the gold currency is used all across Teyvat for buying items, upgrading weapons, and crafting materials.

Leveling characters to their max level will cost you a small fortune. Here’s a quick breakdown of how much Mora you actually need to reach level 90.

Leveling up a single character to level 90 will cost you a total of 2,094,000 Mora. 1,674,000 of the sum comes from the 10-level intervals while 420,000 comes from the Ascension sequences.

As for 5-star weapons, you’ll need 907,000 for the levels and 225,000 for Ascension, making it a total of 1,132,000.

4-star weapons cost significantly less, only setting you back 755,000.

The easiest way to farm Mora in Genshin Impact

The most efficient way to farm the currency is through Blossoms of Wealth, marked by a golden sphere on your overworld map. These become available once you’ve reached AR 12.

All you have to do is interact with the Blossom and eliminate the opponents in the surrounding area. Once cleared, you can interact with the Blossom and exchange 20 Resin to claim up to 60,000 Mora depending on your World Level.

You can also offer Condensed Resin, a craftable variant that costs 40 Resin, to the Blossom for double the amount (120,000).
