Genshin Impact’s Lantern Rite event is back, and the streets of the Liyue Harbor have never looked so spectacular with thousands of paper lantern decorations.
To celebrate the occasion, miHoYo is releasing two new skins featuring Keqing and Ningguang.
Ningguang’s skin, the “Orchid’s Evening Gown” outfit, stole the hearts of many travelers with its elegant design and striking details. Singaporean illustrator and Legends of Runeterra Art Lead Sean “Raiko” Tay captures the beauty of the lady of the Jade Chamber with his Ningguang fan art.

Raiko’s Ningguang fan art shows the Geo character standing amidst the Lantern Rite festivities. The “Orchid’s Evening Gown” skin boasts a lovely indigo formal wear for the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing, which also complements her long gray hair.

The fan art emphasizes the skin’s intricate details, like Ningguang’s hand jewelry, and even her leg tattoo.
Raiko had also previously drawn a fan art of Ningguang’s default look, as well as other Genshin Impact character illustrations featuring Jean, Beidou, and Shenhe.
