Snow has melted, the harsh, cold winds are gone. And just like that, winter is over, and in comes spring.

The change in season also marks a new beginning for the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) as Spring Split 2023 starts soon.

Prior to the Spring season, we’ve witnessed some intense moments during the Winter 2023 regular season.

Excel mid laner Vincent “Vetheo” Berrié broke down during the live broadcast after losing to Astralis, and Fnatic bot laner Martin “Rekkles” Larsson expressed his frustrations after getting eliminated from the group stage contention.

G2 Esports completed the fastest game in the split at 18 minutes and 45 seconds after defeating Team Heretics and their former teammate, Marcin ”Jankos” Jankowski.

Fans can look forward to witnessing more exceptional esports moments in March as the Spring season launches.
