Cambodia will host the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2023 (MSC 2023) from June 10 to 18, Moonton announced on Facebook.
It is the first time the country is hosting an international Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament.
“With so much talent on display, this year’s MSC 2023 promises to be more inclusive than before,” Moonton wrote.
“Expect epic matches, heart-stopping finishes, and plenty of drama along the way as the best of the best battle it out for the top spot in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang history.”

Everything you need to know about MSC 2023
There are a total of 12 teams participating in MSC, comprising two teams from the Philippines and Indonesia respectively, and one team each from Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia, and the Mekong region.
Regions outside of Southeast Asia, such as Turkey, North America, and MENA, will be competing for the first time in MSC and will receive one slot each.
As of writing, Moonton has yet to announce the venue and prize pool for this year’s tournament.
Last year, MSC 2022 was held in Malaysia with a live audience and a US$300,000 prize pool. MPL PH Season 9 champion RSG PH went on to win the tournament after they swept Indonesia’s RRQ Hoshi, 4-0, in the grand final.
The tournament was postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The tournament returned the year after with MSC 2021, which was held online for the first time in MSC history.
Indonesia hosted the first two MSC tournaments in 2017 and 2018, while MSC 2019 took place in the Philippines.
