Glowing Wand deals magic DPS that stacks up. It synergizes well with Alice’s Blood Ode. Additionally, it grants extra HP and movement speed.

Wise purchased Demon Shoes alongside Ice Retribution, Winter Truncheon, and Athena’s Shield to complete his item build.
