Todak is one of two Malaysian representatives in the upcoming M4 World Championship early next year in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This is the fourth time that the team has qualified for the M-series, and is tied with Indonesia’s RRQ Hoshi for the most number of appearances in the biggest Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament.
However, they have yet to win a trophy in the tournament.
Now, newly-appointed head coach Ariff “Amoux” Iswandi hopes to turn things around for the team and become the first Malaysian MLBB team to win an international tournament.

Todak’s head coach is eyeing the M4 World Championship trophy
In an exclusive interview with ONE Esports Indonesia, the decorated coach talked about his goal for the team in the tournament.
“My goal is to break my own record,” he said. “Hopefully I can help Todak achieve something greater because I haven’t really experienced competing in M2 and M3.”
This isn’t the first time Amoux will be coaching the Malaysian squad. Before going to Bigetron Alpha and Geek Fam, he led Todak at the M1 World Championship two years ago, where they finished third in the tournament.
With most of the players from M1 still on the roster, the returning coach will be operating on familiar territory and is confident about going up against some of the best MLBB teams in the world.
“Every team is improving year by year,” he said. “But we want to show them that Todak is still at a high level.”
The Malaysian powerhouse has been placed in Group B at M4, alongside MPL ID Season 10 champion ONIC Esports, Vietnam’s MDH Esports, and Argentina’s Malvinas Gaming.
