Red Bull Kumite London 2021 is a prestigious fighting game tournament and the first major international offline Street Fighter V: Champion Edition event for 2021.

What is Red Bull Kumite London 2021?
Red Bull’s Kumite tournament series began in Paris starting from 2015 to 2018, until the competition was moved to Japan in 2019 as a nod to the spiritual home of Street Fighter.
For the 2021 edition, the event is coming to London for the very first time.
Red Bull has invited 16 professional players from all around the globe to battle it out in a 10-hour tournament, which will be held at Whitby St, London E1 6JT, Royaume-Uni.

The event includes 15 of the top players from their respective regions, including one additional United Kingdom player who won the Last Chance Qualifier tournament.

Here is the full schedule for Red Bull Kumite London 2021. Note that all times are in GMT+8.
The main event will take place on May 23 (Sunday) at 9:00 p.m. and will continue until 5:00 a.m. GMT+8.
- Pre-show: 9:00 p.m. GMT+8 (Sunday)
- Group matches: 9:30 p.m. GMT+8 (Sunday)
- Quarterfinals: 2:20 a.m. GMT+8 (Monday)
- Semifinals: 3:35 a.m. GMT+8 (Monday)
- Grand Final: 5:00 a.m. GMT+8 (Monday)
Red Bull Kumite London 2021 Tournament format
The competition will be played on the PC, following Capcom Pro Tour’s rule set for Street Fighter V: Champion Edition.
The main event will be divided into two parts, the Group Stage and the Top 8 Stage.
Group Stage will be played in a round-robin format, with matches following a best-of-three format.
Meanwhile, all Top 8 matches will be single elimination. The Quarterfinals will follow a best-of-five format, Semifinals are a best-of-seven, and the Grand Final is a best-of-nine.
The Group Stage’s random bracket drawing will take place during the Group Selection ceremony.
