To celebrate the upcoming Valorant Champions 2021 event, Riot Games is giving away a free VCT spray and gun buddy that players can add to their collection.
Together with the release of the new Valorant Champions 2021 skin bundle, fans will need to clear their calendar and tune into the live matches during Champions’ official channels or approved watch parties.
How to get the free VCT spray and gun buddy
The free VCT spray and gun buddy can be unlocked via drops on through various streaming platforms.
To unlock the free in-game items, you must have an account on Twitch, YouTube, Afreeca, or Trovo, and link them to your official Riot Games account.

- Log in your account on Twitch.tv
- Click on your profile on the upper right portion of the screen to open the drop-down menu
- Go to settings, then select connections
- Look for Riot Games under your connections and log in to your account through Twitch

Once the accounts are linked, make sure to watch the Valorant Champions 2021 broadcast through approved streams and watch parties by Riot Games.
Viewers will be eligible to receive the VCT spray from December 1 to 11, while the VCT gun buddy will be an exclusive drop during the finals starting at 1:00 a.m. GMT+8 | 9:00 p.m. PT | 5:00 p.m. GMT+8 on December 12.
The free VCT spray and gun buddy will only be available during this time period.
All Valorant players will also receive a free Valorant Champions player card that was released on November 24, 2021. All you need to do is log in.
Valorant Champions 2021 features 16 of the best teams in the world competing in the game’s first-ever world championship. The group stage begins on December 1, 2021.
